In the field of electronic parts and ceramics, in order to improveperformance, it is necessary to effect ultra fine grinding of
inorganic substances. The plant shown here is an example of an ultra fine grinding process plant to obtain sub-micron particles.
A high-precision metering feeder is used for weighing, while the attritor and SC Mill are utilized for grinding and dispersion operations. The SC Mill is an ultra fine grinding machine we have recently developed by drawing on the extensive know-how accumulated over many years.
This plant ensures sharp particle size distribution and facilitates the production of ultra fine particles which cannot be made by conventional or mechanical grinding processes. |
