The manufacturing of black toner required the addition of various types of additives to the resin. Generally, the manufacturing of toner is carried out using a typical process including weighing, mixing, kneading dispersion, coarse grinding, fine grinding, classifying and surface processing. A high
performance weighing unit is employed.
Regarding kneading dispersion and surface processing, we utilize our own in-company developed FM Mixer and this performs very well.
Through the introduction of a turbo mill and elbow jet classifier, we are able to offer even more reliable black tone manufacturing plants. |
