A major feature of this equipment is that the granules of paste resin are pneumatically conveyed by a MAS feeder and weighed.
Depending on the properties of the paste resin, a feeder unit is used to automatically bag the paste resin in a paper bag. The mixing process is effected with a FM Mixer. This effects dispersion of the ingredients which include paste resin, filler, plasticizer, foaming agent, anti-mildew agent, titanium, additives, stabilizers, thinner and etc. to create a uniform sol. |
