These days, engineering plastics are much in focus as a substitute for steel. The figure on the right shows a manufacturing plant for engineering plastics created by us. The main material is resin, and it also includes glass fiber, filler, additives and other materials which are all mixed quantitatively, kneaded with an extruder, and pelletized.
Thanks to our extensive experience gained over many years we have been able to develop technology for the automatic conveying and metering of glass fiber and filler, a difficult task, and this has earned it an
excellent reputation. We have developed long service life materials to protect facilities from damage such as abrasion of pipes and units due to pneumatic conveyance of pelletized products. |
